I know LF have two spots. Kept them open for tryouts on purpose.
Tryouts are no charge

Anyone interested in attending should contact the coach

Contacted the coach over two months ago and never replied. Is that why they have spots available? Missed on players when everyone else was building their team?

For those in east end:

- WH still has an open spot (maybe two). Great team, great coaches. Surprised a lot of people last year.
- TR needs players. Rebuild, but at least there are some great families on board and coach sounds good. Not many wins ahead
- EE appears full. Quality program if there happens to be an opening
- SYB. No comment

TR won enough to place 7th in the division and make the playoffs, placing above LF, MI, GP and DM.

But the team imploded internally

TR imploded because the coach decided that her player son go to LF, and that was her exit strategy, and a few players left with her. It backfired on her, as the TR organization kicked her off coaching her younger daughters TR team. Amateur hour. New, non-parent coach, good history with the organization. Mostly new players from other AA teams, fresh start.

Hearing TR needs more than a couple of players. At least 4 went to Leaside. And 3 others committed to other East AA. teams.

Also, DM in same boat. For sure both goalies gone and 3 of their better skaters have committed elsewhere.

No shortage of AA players at the TR skates.

So will DM still have a team next year?

A few West Hill skaters that were offered AAA spots are apparently returning, so they might surprise (again). Might only be 1 spot left.

Hopefully TR continues to attract some quality players.

Hearing that LF wanted to wait for OMHA AAA cuts.

SYB has apparently lost top 4 F and top 2 D. Are looking for OMHA AAA cuts as well.
