Piece of advice for all go now and watch any team you are thinking of taking your player too watch a game watch the way the coach handles his bench the way the player's he plays and how they get played go watch.
Then go watch a practice to see if the coach is just drawing up Xs & Os and expects his player's to understand or if he is stopping practice to explain to teach to DEVELOP.
