If he's such a great coach, why not see what he can do with a weak squad. No, he won't do that, because he wouldn't know what to do.
The guy thinks he's the sh*t, but he's not, and if he was, he'd be a non parent on a much stronger team. He coaches EMC solely due to his daddy.
EMC has created a culture of toxic coaches which hurts their teams and the reputation of the organization. For many, coaching AAA will be the biggest accomplishment of their life and it makes them feel like they’re way more important then they are - everything comes to an end.

Being a AAA hockey stud is tough. I walk around in that jacket, and suddenly, everyone’s looking at me like I’m the second coming of Wayne Gretzky. Fans (friends) don’t just turn their heads, they do double takes like I’m some kind of celebrity. And the jealousy? Oh, it’s real. My old school friends eye me like, “I could’ve been that guy, but I went with the chess club instead.” My teammates? They’re not just admiring my moves they’re basically worshipping me from afar, trying to hide the fact that their hands are shaking.
And even the parents of my teammates? Yeah, they’re low key wishing their kid was me. Every time they see me skate by, I can catch them giving me that look the “wow, we really messed up” look. It’s super awkward, like, “Uh, your kid’s right here, you know?” But it’s too late they already gave me the silent nod of envy.
Being a hockey legend is hard, man.
