It’s too bad for the kids/families that had to leave just to get a good team when all it would take is for the parents/board member kids to be cut. The potential for a great 2009 team is there but no coach is stepping up and willing to risk pissing the old boys (and wives) club off.

Exactly. Side deals and kids that don’t deserve to be there for various reasons. It’s gross and should be embarrassing for that team. Kids know when they shouldn’t be playing at the level they are playing. Dad and moms egos need to be in check.

Multiple of those kids looked awful in tryouts but they got signed quick
