VR still dominant as hell in Mississauga early bird.
Watched them tonight vs ST.

Outmatched, faster, bigger. VR will be tops again.
ST was chasing all game. Looked slow and sluggish the entire game. ST goalie was the only reason VR didn't score ten+ goals.

MNS doing well, but will crash against VR tomorrow. No chance.

SIR will eat the VP as well. SIR vs VR Finals. Should be fantastic hockey.

I suppose you are looking at it with the VR glass half full version.

The VR half empty version goes something like this;

The season has not begun yet and you surely VR have been skating all summer. ST takes the summer off. ST will only improve and get stronger. Based on past seasons you have not faired well against them and have never been dominant.

You are only as strong as your weakest link. I would be a bit nervous as a VR parent as you severely lack in the goaltending department. That generally does not improve as the season goes on. A 4-3 win is nothing to be proud of. We can count on our goaltending. Having an off night as a team will happen and we will still be in the game thanks to our goalies. Having the lead throughout the game and outperforming the other team is great but if your goalie is sub-par than that will spell disaster for you moving forward.

Refs were a bit one sided you must admit

Yes they were. They gave VR a 4 minute head shot that was not a head a head shot and they didn't score on it either.

What nothing to talk about unless it is about a Vaughan team? Anyways, ere they tiering this year? From what I see there are some really bad teams in this loop.
