I’ve been trying to get my kid in AAA for 3 yrs, we go to many tryouts but never hear anything back. Should we leave the GTHL or find a coach we can payoff? Any suggestions?

Forgot to mention my son is the best player on his AA team so he shouldn’t really have this much trouble getting on a AAA team that’s why we are so confused and how the GTHL is run. Are coached being payed off?

:? Don’t you think the best player in AA should earn a AAA spot? All these teams are corrupt and they are giving spots to people they know or people who are paying off coaches.

When a player like my kid is scoring a hat trick a game in AA and can’t get a spot in AAA you know there is something wrong and the GTHL is corrupt

Buddy STFU. your kid isn’t scoring 3 a game. And most likely the issue is you. Parent cuts are real.

A mortadella sandwich in a brown paper bag with 5 racks will do the job for your AA superstar. If your kid was scoring 3 a game he would have 100+ goals. If he had 100+ goals, you would have every single top GTHL AAA team knowing your kid by his first name, and they would be fighting for him. From the sounds of it, the brown paper bag may be your best option.

Will try to reach out to them. Do many players get drafted to OHL from these leagues?

Buddy, it would be pretty stupid to do a parent cut because we would just go to another team and help them win. Think about it.

Some games he might have had a bad night and only scored 2. You sound jealous.
