VR wins games by just enough. Once they have the lead they can shut anyone down. All kids buy in to the system, one fore-checker and 4 players sending pucks back in deep. No real standout, just a good system and discipline. Caps may be the only team that can break them down, as long as they don’t go down early. The mid pack is hit or miss, Avalanche and Wolverines may have a slim chance. Panthers don’t score enough, goaltending is solid. Sharks, Royal and lightning will fight for the last playoff spot

Sounds about right. I'd put TE with the Avs and TW. VP goaltending is very good .

Eagles always in that 3/4/5 slot. They have a clear #1 goalie and a clear #2. Probably why they are hovering at .500. Eagles, Devils and Lightning benches need to calm down. Coaches can get out of hand with the complaining. Then they wonder why they spend half the game in the box. Long story short, it’s VR until someone proves otherwise. Couple teams have been close lately, maybe it’ll be a wake up call or a sign of things to come.

VP will be in the 3 or 4 slot by end of season. Already shown they can beat TE in West Mall tournament. We will see how rest of season plays out, but they are going to shock many. I don't think anyone is giving TA enough credit, team is tough. They are going places this year. Them and GT are for real. They are the top two teams structurally this year.
