How did BR make it out of that bracket? I’m not sure anyone wanted to win that mess.
what G teams has OR played VK in exhibition game
who else? and yes they beat VK but they were whole new team, this was one if not their first game.
They played Marlies and lost 6-4.
Simple as it is OR is a falsely ranked team will not win outside the AA league the playoffs pool they came form. Going to be so many hurt feelings after the reality of playing nobody's all year and getting smack in OMHA Championships.
and your little Johnny will have to experience losing to them every time he plays them on his shitty team next season. Your anger and hatred will fester and your life will become more miserable. What a shame

That may very well happen. There is always some movement from year-to-year and there is no shortage of rumors regarding NN loading up for next season. However, OR has been the dominant team this year and they just beat NN in both playoff matches. OR is the favorite to bring home the red hats.

I’m calling Barrie vs. Quinte in the final. Niagara North has too many hotheads, and Oakville doesn’t have the goaltending.

Barrie is a big, skilled, fast team that plays an honest game.

I's only seen Quinte play a couple of periods this year, so I wouldn't be able to make an educated comment on them (which would actually fit well on this site). Barrie is a legit team and I'm not discounting their potential. As you said, big, skilled and fast. When BJS tried to play them physical in the Port Huron Silver Stick, it ended up in a 5 on 5 line brawl and they kicked the snot out of every kid on the ice. I'm pretty sure GDP (NN, Marlies) started it and got his a$$ handed to him. Oakville is not as physical, but they are faster and more skilled, which is why I like their chances.
If they match up against each other, it will be a great game to watch, even if the G parents have to convince themselves that this league is beneath their child's 3rd line roll-player spot on a 7th place team.
