I think there will be a top 4 and a bottom 3.

Eagles, Sharks, Avs, Lightning top 4

Attack (unfortunate), Rangers and Panthers the bottom.

I think you got this about right.
Unfortunate for the Rangers, they had a power house team 3 years ago and the org really screwed it up. Have not been able to rebuild since.
Good luck to them. Have a good day everyone

Yup
Rangers will have difficulty going forward. Them and panthers will remain at the bottom.

Sounds about right and I think it'll be a big gap from the top 4 and those bottom 3.
Eagles
West Mall
Sharks
Avs
Attack
Rangers
Panthers

Unfortunate about the Attack, had a good season and looks like they'll fall off big time.
Rangers as well, struggled but were competitive this season. They may be competitive with Panthers next year.

Eagles will dominate next year, west mall will be vastly improved. Sharks slightly worse, Avs slightly better.

Outside of the Eagles I'm not sure how anyone can really say ex. "Sharks slightly worse, Avs slightly better". Nobody outside of current / new families truly know even if you've been to skates for each team. I was at the rink over the weekend and from what I was hearing Avs for instance are improving drastically, but is this opinion of a current parent? I can speak on behalf of the Attack that majority if not all the team is gone, but do we really know what the new group will look like? New coach and kids, but maybe they're top end kids? We won't know until October.

Avs top goalie is gone, that can't help.

I didn't find either of their goalies too strong, both decent for A, but not at the level of WM, so not sure how this would hurt considering how many goalies are looking for new teams.

West Mall and Avs will be A LOT better. Sharks probably will be the same.

Heard they were replaced with two AA goalies. So doubt they will be impacted on this end. Which was their top goalie during the season?
