Avalanche got killed in a tournament a few weeks ago, so Willowdale must be really bad.

East is weak? The Avs are supposed to be a top team in the west and they finished LAST in the SIR tourney, and then got smoked 4-0 in the semi’s. I just love seeing the East is weak posts now!!

East is weak? The Avs are supposed to be a top team in the west and they finished LAST in the SIR tourney, and then got smoked 4-0 in the semi’s. I just love seeing the East is weak posts now!!

Top team??? The Avs were under .500 last season in the West. They'll tell you they should be a top team but they haven't been that for a few seasons now.

The bottom teams in the east are weak AF. Not sure they should be in a more like a middle of the row select team.

How did YM look last night?

Willlowdale will battle GP for last it seems. Shame, they had some solid talent.

From the rumour mill I’ve heard about WB, there was some toxicity in that room (a player or two and a coach or ex coach) theyve gone to TR. now if the coach at TR (great guy) can keep them in check they’ll be much improved. As for WB this year, I think the talent gap is just too large. They’ll struggle till a few of these kids mature and start to really play, which can happen, their still only 14

You do realize that this is pre season and many teams don’t step foot on ice all summer. Let’s wait until November/December to assess the level of teams. At this point, who knows. Strong talent and very weak ones on every team. The question is which coaches can help the kids to work best as a team.
