57 and 34 were on a team that made finals, 6 is a nobody, 88 is back to a top team in the G, 8 has always been on TM, and TM18 was the best defence on TM other then 10 so not sure what you mean.

Good luck to all next season. Development will be critical the next 2 yrs make sure wherever you land you believe in the program. If you are practicing less then 3 to 4 times a week as a team it won’t be sufficient enough. Make sure every skate has value. Coaches should be teachers of the game and excited to invest in every player. The best team wins at the next level not always the best players. Also go watch a bench the coaches with the most poise during a game have usually done the work and developed the players way before the puck dropped. Proper video and practice has prepared them for that. Teach teach teach. Yelling not only loses you the game but also the respect of you’re players. JRC TM DMF REPS and MM are the best coaches benches in the league as far as player coach communication and relationship goes. These coaches invest the time to understand each player and what they bring to the team and their mannerisms during games are incredible regardless of scoreboard. This allows for an environment where kids can prosper without the background noise. Keep up the good work fellas!

Ego Maniac? you have to look at your kids success as a player and not the teams. JRC had great players that got them to where they are but 57 and 34 did not do much at all from the countless games I saw this year. Both were much better off last year imo
But hey if if your chasing medals instead of development in minor hockey you want go very far beyond that.
