The reality at this age is the coaches are just maniquins standing behind the bench. They teach some systems but in reality an OHL team would rather have a blank slate and are going to teach all brand new systems on how the play. The best athletes with good IQ are the ones that go the furthest! No IQ you are toast , no athleticism you are toast, no coach can teach you that!
