Let’s get back on track.
Rank scum bag coach’s staring from the worst.
everyone knows who the top scumbag is in the 2011loop!
Who ?

Sens
Nyr
Tyn
Jrc
Vk
Tm

There are a few. The last three have the sweater, so there is some sort of forgiveness granted, but the top three sweaters are useless
Sens

okay if you are every considering any of these guys you can thank me later, here you go:

Sens- This guy has a personality disorder and just does not get how society works. He needs to stick to interacting with strictly video.
RHC- The camelion, tries to emulate what he thinks a good coach did in 1980. Hoping this fools everyone, but the most corrupt coach in the league that couldn't identify talent. If you kid has any sort of potential this guy will be sure to destroy it, beware!
TYN- Coaching only for his kid and the fact his salary can't pay the AAA bills. Sad really.
TM- Again he is there for his kid....should fix the bench and the assistant problem, but does not want to rock the boat b/c he is on thin ice with the group. Not extensive hockey knowledge on the ice , has trouble seeing what to correct.
JRC- It is win at all cost as hockey is the only thing this guy does. Recruit from anywhere and train them so much they are single sport athletes.
Vk- Bit ruthless and not good for Canadian development of hockey. Likes them big and mature by the time they are 15, that way he can trick everyone into thinking he is a good coach
NYR- Wants to build a winner real bad, but keeps tripping over the parent hurdle. Cannot sell the big picture to the parents and communicates very poorly. Runs a pretty good practice and some of the kids really like him.
TRW- Not familiar with the new guy.
MR- Former goalie and his son seems to be a pretty good D. He is needs help communication with parents and does not seem to be overly interested in challenging for a top 4 team.
TT- Grandson of HC, hockey is his business but has difficulty identifying talent and which players will excel. Not super educated in sports, yes he played hockey a lot, but that does not mean you are sports educated. Swears too much and perhaps best suited for older teams.
DMF- Will he stay or will he go? Flight risk when it suits him. Played a lot of hockey, his stature held him back from being elite, and so did his hockey IQ. Shameless self promoter that is a bit out of touch with his true knowledge and ability. Enjoy repeated mistakes day in day out.
MM- Don't know the guy.

Guys there’s no perfect coach, doesn’t matter how you slice it, they can’t please everyone. Buyer beware as you have to spend time and $$ with these clowns. It’s it about wins and loses? Development? The player and parent group? Soon enough this road is going to end.

okay if you are every considering any of these guys you can thank me later, here you go:

Sens- This guy has a personality disorder and just does not get how society works. He needs to stick to interacting with strictly video.
*Life styles of the rich and famous
RHC- The camelion, tries to emulate what he thinks a good coach did in 1980. Hoping this fools everyone, but the most corrupt coach in the league that couldn't identify talent. If you kid has any sort of potential this guy will be sure to destroy it, beware!
*Puppet
TYN- Coaching only for his kid and the fact his salary can't pay the AAA bills. Sad really.
*Friends and family
TM- Again he is there for his kid....should fix the bench and the assistant problem, but does not want to rock the boat b/c he is on thin ice with the group. Not extensive hockey knowledge on the ice , has trouble seeing what to correct.*
*cant see cus the cloud of smoke from his assistant
JRC- It is win at all cost as hockey is the only thing this guy does. Recruit from anywhere and train them so much they are single sport athletes.
*having his cake and eating too
Vk- Bit ruthless and not good for Canadian development of hockey. Likes them big and mature by the time they are 15, that way he can trick everyone into thinking he is a good coach
*like Vince McMahon
NYR- Wants to build a winner real bad, but keeps tripping over the parent hurdle. Cannot sell the big picture to the parents and communicates very poorly. Runs a pretty good practice and some of the kids really like him.
*bevis and butt head
TRW- Not familiar with the new guy.
*pension plan
MR- Former goalie and his son seems to be a pretty good D. He is needs help communication with parents and does not seem to be overly interested in challenging for a top 4 team.
*ned Flanders
TT- Grandson of HC, hockey is his business but has difficulty identifying talent and which players will excel. Not super educated in sports, yes he played hockey a lot, but that does not mean you are sports educated. Swears too much and perhaps best suited for older teams.
*no silver lining in this rain storm
DMF- Will he stay or will he go? Flight risk when it suits him. Played a lot of hockey, his stature held him back from being elite, and so did his hockey IQ. Shameless self promoter that is a bit out of touch with his true knowledge and ability. Enjoy repeated mistakes day in day out.
*simple
MM- Don't know the guy.
*this ain’t AA anymore
So none of them…???

Who has been around the longest? That should say something.
In general or in the age group?
Guys there’s no perfect coach, doesn’t matter how you slice it, they can’t please everyone. Buyer beware as you have to spend time and $$ with these clowns. It’s it about wins and loses? Development? The player and parent group? Soon enough this road is going to end.
We should start to think about winning. Development years are past. Top dogs have taken their place and will mostly stay the same.
Past??? Maybe everyone has passed your kid!
It’s all development until you’re a pro.
Pros are still developing to keep there job
