My biggest question would be. If this guy is as toxic as everybody says he is. WHY does SYB hire him every year.
He is a paid coach right?

So maybe the blame has to be on the SYB organization for hiring this lunatic .
If he’s been disciplined over the years, time after time, for multiple altercations.
Why would any body want that kinda employee?

Because just like him, they don't give a sh*t about the kids or anyone else so will continue to do as they please.

Why so personal? What did he do to you? Give us the real story and not some lame story about your kid not getting the minutes you think he deserves.. You can always leave the team (if you're on the team), or take it to the G with all the evidence you gathered on him to get him reprimanded. Hockey is not for everyone and there are many other teams from Select to AAA that you can join. If your kid can't make those teams, then there are other sports he can play, too.

GO has been a great coach for years and kids love his skate camps.
He also coaches the SYB U10AA too.
All these comments are BS.

Otherwise you're just a disgruntled parent because your kid is on the 3rd line , no pp/pk time and doesn't play the 3rd period.
