The only certainty will be the uncertainty. The Great Playoff Reset means its open season. Theres been a lot of tight games this year so anything can happen come playoffs.

The NT skate just got a little more interesting.

But this was predictable - they picked up players from FH and YM - taking players from the weakest teams isn't usually a good way to improve your team

FH folded and their bottom players went to YM. Kids that didn't make the NT team went to YM. Do the math...

Unfortunately the kids of our coach and bench staff are the least skilled and total puck hogs. Couldn't pass if their life depended on it. Can't skate. And of course they're all coming back next year. Which means we're leaving.

Any teams in the 2012 East loop that are NOT run by a parent coach? With only 6 other team options I'd look at tier 1 select as well.

NYK will have a non parent coach next year. Haven't heard who the new NT coach will be.

YM and Ave Rd had paid coaches at the start of the season. Happy with where we are, so have not looked for next season, but just find the contact info for each u11 team and ask them their plans for next year. Works better than this forum for getting real answers.

Also, the parents who hired the paid coach that you will be paying for always have influence. Go to the NHL or beer league if you want no parent influence.

I heard NYK will run a joint A/AA program. Their A coach will move to the AA bench. Any word on who their new A coach is? Looking at LF also, are they running a joint program?
