What is happening in Markham? 2-7-1 in p10
Markham shit the bed :-)

That said they've ended up where they belong, at #3 in the regular season. AR really doesn't belong at #2, and if their bench staff had followed GTHL rules and rolled their lines instead of playing their top player EVERY OTHER SHIFT, then they would be lucky to finish at #4.

NYK clearly the best team, they roll the lines and pass the puck in order to make plays. At #2 I have Leaside, they roll the lines consistently, but can be hot or cold. Blew out MI 5-0 and AR 6-0. NYK and LF will be strong next year with a few AA players moving down. Both teams have strong coaching and focus on development.

Predictions for next year: AR won't crack the top 5. MI in limbo as top players are moving elsewhere.

I'd be curious if you could rank order the 8 teams in terms of where you think they belong vs. where they actually finished, with a couple of thoughts about each team? Obviously no bashing but criticism, like that levied against ARD, would be fair play.

Toronto Aeros joining next year. Don't know where the players are coming from.

They already have too many teams in this loop and talent is watered down on the bottom. Can't imagine adding another team. Where are they getting A caliber kids to play on that team? If the bottom team can barely squeak out any wins, it will be another bottom team getting blown out. Will be interesting to see what develops.

There is lots of movement with AA players. I’ve heard some are going to the Aeros A then that team will move up to AA next year. Similar to EE.

Not for nothing, but that didn't work out too well for the EE this year...🤷‍♀️

I heard it's at least $20,000 to buy control of an A team.

That’s an extra $1200 per player to play A. Going to be an expensive team if it forms. Should just play select and use the $$ for extra training

Lot of wealthy parents to whom this is chump change. Aeros team is likely controlled by 1 or 2 parents who ponied up the cash and get to form a team around their kid(s).
