2012 GTHL AAA
Re: 2012 GTHL AAA
Toronto Elite embarrassed themselves in every age group this weekend. I cannot get over the horrendous cost these families paid.
Brutal. 2012, 2011, 2016… I don’t believe any team won a game.

Re: 2012 GTHL AAA
Based on what I’ve seen this weekend and changes across the G, here are the standings IMO.
1- JRC
2 - TM
3-5 - NYR, TYN, Rebels
6 - DMF
7 - VK
8 - MS
9 - Reps
10 - TRW
11 - TT
12 - MM
I don’t see as large a gap anymore between teams 1-7. Yes, JRC is strong but as the teams learn to play properly, I believe you’ll start to see more 2-3 goal games rather than blow outs. The hockey in the top 7 should be good hockey most games.
8/ 9 will probably be less competitive games and some scores will be ugly.
10-12 these guys will only enjoy playing each other. I don’t think MM will win a game. Scores will be ugly for most teams.
JRC is improved for sure. Well coached and not a lot of weakness. I will say the strength of this team is mostly that they play fast and don’t have a lot of weak players. Some of their players are over rated and some under rated. For the record 2011 kid was not their best D. JH did not play with them this weekend. He’s still their best fwd. IMO.
TYN really surprised me. Big team. Most improved. IMO.
I have not seen the Rebels play but HM will be a great addition to their team. Some of the others should help them too.
VK looks better than last year and haven’t imploded yet.
NYR will be in the top 4 despite everyone chirping. They’re still a good team. Additions they’ve made don’t replace what they lost but still strong. Size might be an issue by end of the year. They’re small.
DMF for the most part is the same. I don’t see them being as competitive as last year. They are a small team. Girl goalie really helps.

Ok hm dad! Did you write this whole post so you could mention your son. He’s irrelevant rebels won’t be anything special as now that they have your son and the new additions they will be extra selfish. Good luck!

HM is a good kid and based on the games we played against Everest this weekend, he was their most dominant player. Will be the top player for the Rebels as well. IMO

Think you meant CM. Very irrelevantGuest wrote: ↑Sun May 28, 2023 7:17 pm
CL was frustrated and confused. Looked lost and was irrelevant.
Re: 2012 GTHL AAA
Also not true and dumb.
Re: 2012 GTHL AAA
Anyone else see PS and his midget sidekick refuse to shake the JrC players hands? Video doesn’t lie.
Zero class.
Zero class.

This is the same coaching staff that had a member suspended by the league for 12 games for hurling RACIAL and discriminatory slurs at our team during a playoff game
Now REFUSING to acknowledge the opponent after a loss
You both are a DISGRACE to the sport of hockey HORRIFIC example for your players Poor sports
Bravo MACK hockey/NYR coaching staff you have outdone yourself

HM will single handily take MR to the promise land. He’s the best center in the age group.
