SIR beat MI 2-1. What happen to the MI high flying Forwards. Good on SIR hardest working team in the G east loop. Not a SIR parent. Two feel good stories of this year is SIR being competitive after the mass exit and the NYK challenging for first.

NYK improved a lot and inspite losing half their team SIR just dropped one spot down in regular season standings.

The players that left SIR for TR are over rated. They didn't move the needle with SIR and they went into a situation with TR that was established 1st place team. The last 2 games have proven that.

So how did NYK do it then ? How are they even in the same sentence as TR, SYB, LF

SYB -1.5 TO BEAT NYK O/U 6.5 - SYB has been threw big games before, NYK hasn't proven to come up big in big games. This game is fully charged up. First place implications, you lose you are out of the race.
NT -2 TO BEAT FH O/U 7 - I think NT wants to prove a point going into the playoffs. All the talk is about the top four and NT feels left out. FH has packed up for the year unfortunately
MI - 3 TO BEAT THE EE O/U 7 - MI 3 game losing streak is coming to an end. They will use their speed to over power the EE. Even everybody wants the EE to win a game this season I don't think it will happen against MI.

TR -1.5 TO BEAT NYK O/U 6.5 - TR wants to clinch first but they only team standing in their way is NYK. TR has to pressure the NYK F in the neutral zone and on NYK breakout. IF they do that NYK forwards will turn it over. And then you play the percentages TR will have numerous odd man rushes, NYK forwards don't back check. For NYK to be successful and keep in the race for first. They have to play disciplined, get everything deep and forecheck the weaker TR D. Cycle and get quality shots on net. Make the goalie move side to side. I give the edge to the TR Forwards, NYK is a bit better on D, hands down TR Goaltending top of the league.
This one will a good match. which team will crack under pressure. This is going to be played on neutral ice at Cummer park, no home ice advantage. I'm pumped for this one

TR -1.5 TO BEAT SYB O/U 7 - TR are looking to rebound after a disappointing loss last night. They want to win to secure fist place. SYB is also looking to rebound after a loss to the same NYK team. Both team want this win to build momentum for the round robin playoffs. It is going to be a playoff atmosphere tonight. Both teams are amped up for this one

SYB -1.5 TO BEAT NT O/U 6.5 - SYB looking to keep in the first place race, last time they faced NT, NT won. NT wants to prove the loss to FH was a fluke. NT to win has to expose the slow SYB D. SYB to win has to shut down the 1st F line and pepper the goal with quality shots. Should be intense game, everybody thought these two where supposed to be battling for first
LF -2 TO BEAT FH O/U 5 - Must win for LF to keep their first place hope alive. Hopefully there is no UCC game tonight. FH looks to be turning the corner just before playoffs past 6 games they are 2-2-2.

The answer is....a completely different team. He knows how to recruit.....it's not like her took this team to the top in two years....it's been a drastically different team year after year. Good for them...they know how to recruit....
