SIR lose top players every year and many of them. They will e competitive next year again.

TRT still hasn't won anything of significance. Even if they got out of the East, they don't have enough depth against top3 west.

TR should be able to compete with the West teams next year. They are getting top three from SIR, kid playing year up SIR and 1-2 from AAA. If goalie stays they will be legit next year.

The kid playing up is a terrible skater won’t be a difference maker. Taking the top three kids from a 6th place team gets you where? TRT are a team of systems and puck movement if they took SIR players they are getting individuals who can’t play a system. SIR is all defense and goalie 2 years in a row

SIR, I assume scoring and competing in games will be difficult next year. Your top players score all your goals, and they are all leaving. How do you replace these kids? I don't see AAA kids dropping to SIR to replace the players. Fair, your goaltending and Defense are strong, but you need the offence to win and compete in games.

Top 3D are gone, as well as their stronger goalie
