What does this gibberish mean?

its all over the rink. GT CAPS have been bring in kids from another team to play for them.
some team bulldogs. they have been doing it all year.

I'm curious how the parents with kids on the original roster who've paid the fees are feeling about this. That team is good without the call-ups. Using then minimizes the ice time the original kids are getting, especially in key pressure moments. At this age the focus should be on development and not winning.

Surely this is allowed. I know of a few 2013 players that have have been “called up” to play with a 2012 team for a game or two. This is normal at all levels. Why the hate for the GT CAPS if they are doing this too?

Typically call ups are used to replace an absent player, not to stack the team.
