Honest question here. Why is it always a parent cut when someone makes a comment that someone doesn't like.

Anyone no longer on that team left on their own accord. No one got cut.

The only cuts were probably parent cuts.

No, they do, happened many times.

Any suggestions on the best way to decommit? We found ourselves in a situation and considering going to another team, much closer to home, no 407 necessary and cheaper $3k less. Nervous to get him and us a bad reputation. Is it something that happens often? Money is tight and that $3k is needed for the household expenses

Gotta do what’s best for your family. If a coach can’t accept that then he doesn’t give a damn about you as a person. Also any kid on any team can be shown the door. Do what you need to do.

1. Just do the better option for your family
2. You are not the one of the team and coaches
3. Today is not late to commit or leave


Just do it early, show your situation, your choice is make sense enough!

MR- slightly better, picked up a few decent pieces to their current 11 player roster, maybe they can go the distance in a game now
MS- same, but if their spring program is like last year they will get even better

how come noone is talking about how good JRC has played of late... instead the conversations have focused on parent cuts on MR.

like i know HS is doing great and VK is going to benefit 10000% next season but how about playing consistent hockey.... they had reached almost the 7th spot at one time.. and they have roared back to 1 and 2 i feel simply b/c they are playing good hockey...
