TM org looking quietly for new bench bosses post BRICK.

They’ll keep drawing top kids to U10 as long as they keep the brick family. They won’t get rid of them. But those guys won’t coach beyond U11 either for the same reason.

Del Monte for sure. Made a top 4 team with no outstanding players, all kids have progressed well through the season. He didn't have posh jersey like VK, Brick connections like TM to sell to parents or a well known organisation to source the kids from. Moreover he wanted his relatives to play in the team. Though his kids are kinda weaker than the average level of his team, he is still 1 step away from the finals.
As far as I know many want to stay in his team even when they're called to join more reputable teams.

Best is to call Nats parents and ask them how was their experience both returning parents and non returning parents and you’ll get a good review
