Kids for the teams failures. Coach failed in recruiting talent, coach failed in growing the team, you don’t get to verbally or physically abuse these kids - but job coaches and parents who can justify this for the 1% chance that their kid will make it

GC’s Reps are only about 2 things. Making sure his kid gets to play AAA and allowing his wife to talk about girl power and how she’s a real coach and can coach just as well as any man. The rest of the kids are just pawns to achieve goals 1 and 2
