2014 AAA
Re: 2014 AAA
The best 14’s are playing U10 this year but are likely coming back to the age group next year and will improve the overall talent pool in the age groupGuestt wrote: ↑Wed Dec 21, 2022 4:47 pm What's everyone hearing?
lots of teams falling apart it seems...even before tryouts.
Weakish year teams scrambling for talent.
Re: 2014 AAA
most of the 14s playing up out of sheer desperation from the 13 teams.
A few great ones but rest filler on any 14 team.

13s are a much stronger age group so I doubt that. You sound like the jealous type14s wrote: ↑Wed Dec 21, 2022 7:57 pm most of the 14s playing up out of sheer desperation from the 13 teams.

That’s hilarious. This must be your first rodeo. 13s weakest in years but probably just the most impacted by Covid. Any 14 who knows how to skate was offered to play up, that’s not normal. Coaches not in a rush to fill teams which is a good thing with fall tryouts
Re: 2014 AAA
But u chose to have ur kid continue being a mediocre player on 3/4 ice right? It clearly bothers u that ur kid wasn’t good enough. Have another cup of insecurity this morning budGuest wrote: ↑Wed Dec 21, 2022 9:30 pmThat’s hilarious. Re: 2014 AAA
Have to give the nod to the 13s their U9 league last year was twice the size that ours is this year and they got stronger spring teams. Definitely not hurting for players like our 14s are.
Doesn’t mean there’s no good players in our league tho!
Be interesting to see what teams take a run at DDR after the break. Can’t see anyone keeping pace since the best players on a lot of other teams are DDR cuts (ie karate kid) but good coaching and teamwork might make it close. The kids like that who developed a big slower might catch up and make it interesting!

Re: 2014 AAA
My 2014 plays with his friends that he goes to school with. He was offered spots sight unseen. Do I enjoy the 3/4 ice games, no. but its not for me to enjoy its for them to develop and have fun. Thats called putting your kid first but you wouldnt know anything about that.Guest wrote: ↑Thu Dec 22, 2022 6:54 amBut u chose to have ur kid continue being a mediocre player on 3/4 ice right?
