Done NT!
NT played great. Probably deserved a W.
EE always seems to find a way to win (tie) even when they aren't at their best.
Should be a great season in AA East. Battles at the top, battles in the middle and battles at the bottom.

Why do you care? The SIR kids hopefully are having fun and learning. The SIR parents hopefully are good with their decision to play for that team. Sure some of the kids are A level but sometimes playing against better players helps kids make their game better.

If you are the same person harping again and again about this stupid crap you are just being a bully this point. You are just trying to make yourself feel good by saying repeatedly that SIR are bad... Pretty sad of you of you to need to put down 10 year olds to feel better. Nobody cares.

Kids like playing SIR as they get to have a game to make some fun plays. Coaches of good teams should be working on some things with their team when they play them so the game isn't a waste. They actually aren't that bad defensive they just have problems scoring.

There always has to be a bottom team in a league. It really isn't a big deal and happens at all levels of hockey especially in the younger ages.

Move on.
I can’t see getting smashed every game being fun for the kids. They’re 10 years old they can all count now. Also noticed the team keeps rolling out 3-4 players that are pretty trash, coaches kids maybe? I can understand if the kids were good but they are just average.

Meh. The coaches kids being weaker isn't just at SIR. Many such cases in the loop. Personally, both SIR and TA should play at the level the orgs and the league decide on. And at times playing against 'better' competition accelerates their development.

We beat them and honestly, some of their kids are very weak skaters that barely didn't touch the puck, I'm not sure how you get better when you don't even touch the puck.

Sounds like you should bring your kid back to house league where he belongs.

SIR defense is horrible, I've seen two games and your defense is small, weak, and half the kids can't skate backwards. Obviously a D parent on SIR. Coaches need to fix the D & C.

The Aeros lost every game but 1 over 3 days yet still managed to make it to the finals in Niagara. Not sure much can be assumed by this result other than it was a very weak "tournament".
In tournaments sure W-L is the main factor but so is GFA, etc. Most of the these tournaments are weak and so getting in the finals or winning it is still something good the kids. But how many tournaments has your team won? EE win an easy tournament in Mississauga. The first Silver Stick in Vaughan had the Milton Winterhawks in the final ?

I wrote it and no I not on SIR. I just know bullying when I see it. Every third post is about SIR on here. It would feel pretty crappy being a parent on SIR reading this thread.
A team plays them 3 or 4 times in a season, no big deal, move on as the topic has been beaten to death. SIR had a pretty good game against SYB and will probably have a good game against the Aeros, they are fine. In the coming years there will be way more competition for AA spots and they will close the gap. Although SIR does seem to be struggling at all age group, kind of surprising given how big their house league is.

I guess all of this means very little but a big win for Ted Reeves tonight.
Just like last year, NT play great against bad teams but can’t produce against the top tiers
This didn’t age well
