I can only speak for our team: the FT you saw this weekend is the FT you will see this fall. It sounds like MNS did the same.
MB included their best player, who won’t be with them in the fall and struggled mightily. This can’t be a positive takeaway.

Yes, West Hill has folded, the coach went to UCC and they couldn't regroup despite having large numbers at their skates, not sure about SYB.

We have a lot of new players too. Spring and August tournament and August training camp.
