My current 2015 is worse then my older boy was at this age but guess what people, winning at 7 means nothing. Here is a life lesson, nobody is going to predict if your kids go anywhere with this sport. The best at 7/8 is usually the worst at 14/15
I’m sorry. Dominating the G? Literally no hockey parent talks like that. Without his name what team is he on? And year of birth. Because no I can’t figure out who he is

Then you have no idea about the G or minor hockey. Pay attention and don't get blinded by U8 and being the best at this age. Good luck everyone!!
Scanning through all age group threads, it appears this 2015 group is not unique at all. The fact that the 2016 thread is getting serious replies says a lot as well. But today, the crazy sport parent only appears crazy if the kid doesn't make it. If they make it, they could be Richard Williams and have a movie made about them.

LOL. There are a handful of 2015's with 14 year old brothers that play meaningful hockey in the G, but non that are dominating the age group. Clearly you are a troll, who is anonymously stirring the pot, another keyboard warrior at their finest, who has never played any sport at any meaningful level.
Guaranteed, you eat pineapple on your pizza...

i am ready for next year. Vaughan out. Duffield out. Humber Valley out. the nyhl will be a tier 2 ankle breaker league. only coaches staying nyhl are there to “recruit” kids for aaa. buyer beware these guys don’t know development
And the best 2015s are playing up next year on top of this.
Any 2015 playing up AAA next year is playing on a bottom feeder team, the 2014 loop is terrible outside of the VK team. This will be the end of your kids dream to making the NHL hahahaha playing up a year and getting smashed all year while riding he pine pony.

You parents are so clueless, go focus on horseback riding.
Bro, the 2015's are better off playing AA 2014 for 1 season, and the more advanced 2015 players (a handful) should play AAA. playing AA a year up is much better then playing in any elite non sanctioned league. bunch of dusters.

I'm told tournaments will be TE followed by everyone else.
TE is the new Chico. Cash grab and go

Do any of you losers actually have a job during the day? You have enough time to post garbage about 7 year old kids?

Lots of failed AAA dads and their drunkard stay at home moms in this forum. Wow.

Pro-tip. You're a loser, so your kid will be a loser.

Playing a year up with 30+ AA teams and 30+ A teams to fill. Arguably a better option then playing spring hockey in the winter. 33 games guaranteed… not having to drive across the province to play in a weekend tournaments a handful of times throughout the season. Sounds like a no brainer for any 2015.

ML for sure, scared he is going to lose all his players for spring and winter.

Did you geniuses ever stop to think that if everyone stayed in ONE league instead of fragmenting the kids into three different leagues that there would be a more concentrated pool of talent? This increased level of talent, skill, parent engagement and competition would make all of the kids better and heck, it actually might be more fun! But heaven forbid your child prodigy has to play an extra half season of half ice. (even though every bit of research proves that it’s actually better for their long term development)
