So it looks like our Eagles prodigal son JT is going to be cut at the end of the season and his Toronto experiment was a failure. The real question is does ST have the stones to come back to us or does he try and find a spot on a GTHL basement dweller?
after all the people ST dad screwed over denying releases this looks good on him
I don’t know the parents at all but the kid has always seemed ok. He AP’d with our team last year and seemed like a nice kid. Too bad to hear the G thing didn’t work out.

The dad is a cancer and super toxic. The grandfather ruined many children’s minor hockey experience

Its Jan 2 and you have scoop on a cut? BE players don’t typically make it to top teams in the G and they certainly don’t go back after they do.

lol playing for a basement dweller team in the g is a hell a lot better than playing for your sorry organization. The jealousy of not being able to get your son anywhere than the shit organization you’re in is showing.

I’m guessing it’s ST himself who wrote that. Sorry little Johnny wasn’t good enough to cut it in Toronto. Instead of being such a butt hurt loser maybe appreciate how good you had it here instead.

JT was a decent SCTA player on a bad team in not the best league. He was surrounded by a lot of bad players and got every possible opportunity because his dad had pull with the org. My son spent two years on his team and we saw it. It’s easy to shine on a bad team when you get more chances than anyone else. Take away the nepotism and give him a level playing field with a new coach and JT got exposed for being a bad aaa player. No more big minutes. I’m sure it was a shock to ST just like it was a shock for our U13, U12 and U11 teams and any other former parent coached team that had new coaches took over. Maybe they think the new coach is unfair when actually the new coach finally treating the kids the way they deserve and not just playing favourites like the parent coaches did. JT learned that the hard way just like BD did when he left for GTHL and got cut after one year and had to crawl back to Hamilton. They should have stayed where they had it good but the parents thought the kids were better than they really were and it burned them.
