Stop wondering and move on. The AMHA was an indisputable trainwreck no one misses. It was not possible to sustain a program due to the low numbers due to the way they drove families away from hockey in Ajax. It failed.

People are happier or indifferent to playing with APR. But absolutely no one misses the AMHA. So, again, stop wondering and move on.

The best athletes from this area have been sprinters anyway. Felicien and De Grasse. World champion calibre athletes. It's just not a hockey hot bed here. On top of that, any player worth anything ends up in the G. APR just shouldn't have any AAA team. Top out at AA and have any AAA level players able to play in the G without a release.

Its sad how old AMHA board members are coming on here because they were not part of the huge success Pickering brought to the new ARPMHA.

If that's how you measure success it explains why ajax minor was a disaster with you on the board.

Bottom line is we all want the Knights back but the reality is hockey enrolment is what it is and need to settle for APR. Despite all the good Knights did for Ajax for decades just can't make it as an association in 2023.

For the last time...the BOARD of Ajax Hockey destroyed the association. CR and JP were a major part of the downfall! They were dictators who served what was best for themselves and were not qualified for their positions. They refused to have a 'pulse' on the community and their concerns!

LOL, again with this shit! It's because of the complete lack of good the Knights did in the community that the community didn't embrace them and enrollment fell. People smelled bullshit as soon as they got out of their cars at the ACC and strong only grew stronger once they entered the arena and over the winter. Eventually, they all said nah we're good and went somewhere else or found something else to put their kids in.

THAT"s what happened.

And no one is jonesing for those days.
