Your philosopy is participation medals. 90% of the parents on this team don't want those neither do the players!

Then get to work and get to the level where that isn't a thing. Fact is, MD/BB is focused on getting kids better for actual competitive levels. Any coach who shortens a bench at this age and level is a joke. It ain't about winning at such a low level.

Should have taken some Select players. better make some changes next year
