There are no insiders unless your kid is on a team and you hear it from a coach. And even then most who think they are on the PH team actually are not. Went through all the same BS with the 2012s last year.
No Brick invite for my kid under the XMAS tree. We were hoping. We will be there for next tryouts!
There are no tryouts.
Ask the staff to watch you’re games
Fill their pockets,
Kid needs to be average or better.
Fill their pockets again, now you’re in
Somebody sound mighty jealous.
12 brick kids on Team Canada WJHC
17 brick kids on USA WJHC team
Congrats to those who get selected. Prob not in the cards for my son but I’m not petty enough to claim brick teams are average kids who parents pay the coaches

Being on the brick means your on the path and you have what it takes to make it to the next level. Hard work and obsession is what most of these kids have . Obsession usually translates to success. Say what you want about being selected, at the end of the day it’s a honour and should be proud of all the kids that have been selected . It’s no coincidence that 29 kids between Team USA and Canada were on brick teams. Mommy and Daddy’s money means absolutely nothing when it comes to being selected.

Kid has amazing talent ! End of story!!!

The great thing about the Brick. If your kid can’t make it to a Bruck squad, you know your future I. Hockey is of a ‘recreational’ nature. If you want your kid to be ‘scholarship’ or ‘ professional’ worthy, move on quickly to another sport. The future hockey stars are at the Brick. Yes, I will be there. Can’t wait.

You sound like a jealous prick trying to stir up hate for brick kids. A lot of us are hoping our kids make the squad no need for the BS

Is that a polite way of saying your own kid can’t keep up? Pylons aren’t very good when contact starts either.
