real question tho - how do you stop the toxicity in an organization? It’s everywhere but there are a few that seem to be worse than the rest, obviously EMC being one of the worst.

How is that a real question? Obviously, you can't stop it. Every org is toxic if your kid is not a star player.
That's what the rumour is and that's why TO is getting out. The guy is not a good coach. He knows the game, yes, but relating to kids and treating them with respect? He hasn't a clue. The only reason that goof would want to coach is to once again give his kid all the advantages.

I’d challenge that. Sure every org has their issues but they aren’t as awful as EMC seems to be. Does EMC just have so many egomaniacs on the board and coaching staff in comparison to other orgs? And then further to that, certain teams with a major toxic parent group?

Emc board are puppets to the quiet controlling bunch from lambeth and MTB

Seems they are having a successful season. Why would a parent wanna leave that group to go to another country to play hockey? Better exposure with them? If new Hc gets the job doesn’t he have junior hockey connections round to benefit his players future?

Also rumoured that the current u15 coach (JW) is taking them.
