All you have to do is go watch some school games to know that many of the AAA players don't belong in AAA. A and AA players shutting them down and racking up the points versus the AAA players in school hockey.
No wonder kids are dropping out of hockey in Canada and why other countries are developing and Canada isn't.
Hockey Canada really needs to clean house and then do something to clean up the corruption in amateur hockey. Great young hockey players are not given a chance because they can't get past the moneymen and coach/management kids.

There is a revolving door of players moving up and down between divisions every year. Every team needs goal...so IF your kid were as good as you think he is, he would have had his chance.

There's more to the game than "racking up points" in a lesser league.

There are plenty points leaders in the AHL who can't crack an NHL line up...meanwhile their teammates with fewer points are able to make the jump.
