Well worth the cost to have non parent coaches, they mean well but not one of them is capable of coaching a top 10 team.

They donate their time for minimal fees to cover expenses and we should appreciate that, but I know what you mean. Having construction workers and real estate agents whose hockey experience is limited to playing on Jr B or very bad oshwekan teams or some other crap hockey is definitely not the path to success. But they have given their best. Both orgs suck now but the future is brighter and cheers to finally making some progress on that! Better days ahead

It would make zero sense to have a bunch of imports on this team. If you believe their mandate (not saying that I think it will work), their focus is to have a strong program to keep the local kids here, and bring the locals back from other centres.

They should allow imports. Nobody is returning.
Allow 3-5 top imports and you will have a better team
