For a league of 5 teams and having 4 of them in the top 15 is quite amazing (2 in top 10 and 12-13). Any of these 4 teams can go up against the GTHL top teams as seen this year in the Silver Stick, TRW tournament and Marlies tournament. Have to remember, HEO has boundaries, cannot change teams every year like in the GTHL.

The League is home to some of the best 09's in Ontario.

Ottawa Myers Automotive
Bennett
Mullins
Buchman
Tangalin

Ottawa Valley Titans
McGregor
Mullen
Wilson
White

Eastern Ontario Wild
Campeau
Meloche
Walker
Jack

Upper Canada Cyclones
Cuglietta
Graham
Robertson
Haffner

Ottawa 67s
Psarras
Dupuis

If you know of the league and any of its players or would like to discuss those i put up, please do so!

For the people that keep reporting this thread there is nothing bad posted here. The opening post is a positive one. Last names are available on the team websites as well as the original post is not disclosing unknown information

People reporting this? I don't get anything that says reported? Am I not supposed to say last names, I can replace with initials or number? Some feelings hurt maybe?

Nothing worse here than what's said in the GTHL forum haha

I wouldn't say many, DMF 86, JRC 11, TT 90, TT 19. (VK 95, NYR 98) both playing 08 I think. I would say that's about it. Rest of the kids are pretty much the same as other leagues.

1st of all Ottawa kid is way overated by his parents and obviously JRC coach who hasn't had much if any exposure to him since Brick. He will see quickly he made an error and should do his homework.
The players you listed play nothing like Bennet or each other for that matter.
86 DMF is smooth quick on his skates, good awareness, decent size, nice shot but zero physicality and honestly looked asleep at the wheel the 3 times we played him.
JRC 11 is great with lots of potential, size ,quick light feet good physicality, good awareness but lacks finish and team play, also compete level could be more consistent. But he could take over or change games if he picks it up.
90 TT has it all and will stay high end at next level, one of best skaters in league with best physicality and tons of finish and passing paired with high iq and awareness, real deal.
TT 19 decent player, needs size, kind of slipping but good at everything.
Not going to rate the 2 playing 08. But I will say the VK kid is quite impressive, he just gets it .
Ottawa kid has good size and great skating. No finish, no physicality, not a team player, never passes and low production.
Much better players on Myers worth bringing down.

People are reporting it to the admins.
Best practice is to use initials however on most websites at this age group full names are listed

Absolutely fair assessments without being negative, I appreciate that and I agree with most of what you said.

Agreed, I think those are only rumors, with the new HEO U16 now, all if not most of the top talent will stay here.

Smaller pool, better chances and the talent is just as good as the GTHL.

Word of advice, stay and be a big fish in small pond. Scouts prefer players from outside G once the cpl top guys are picked off top. You can stand out better. Lots of talent here your HEO kids are good but definitely not standouts down here, except 16 on OVT and MD on TT.

I agree with that, not every player is a standout and the standouts now, might not be down the road. KM16 is the only standout player in HEO, does it all. Lots of good players that will get looked at regardless. Fun times coming!
