Does that make you feel good ?
There is a reason they are in AA, just not good enough to play AAA.

Team is fine, just waiting on the last couple of players who are junior last cuts.
Thinking mid pack team this year
Hahahaha not a chance in hell this team wins over 7 games. The new hot shot coach has completely ruined the season before it even started.
Ruined ? He is fixing all the problems that the U16 coaches made.
Lack of development.
Lack of accountability.
Lack of team play have all made it incredibly hard to put a team together with any of the '08's and the U18's last year suffered many of the same issues.
It is like starting all over at the end of minor hockey.

This team is so bad they are taking AA cuts from Kingston AA U 18. The GK board is having an emergency meeting to replace the coach.

Who are we talking about?
Who?
Cm?
Not sure you can blame this on one person.
Top down the organization has been weak.
Hiring of U16 coaches has been a major problem for a number of years.
Fee structure is ridiculous.
Zero skill development.
People in charge who think they are doing a good job and no one to hold them accountable because it is a buddy system
Oh Okay Chad

They should bring back last years staff. MG and JF were fantastic.

Actually the comment made about them “playing AA cause there not good enough to play AAA “. What a croq of shit that is. Love to see the name behind that response. I sent an email to president over a week ago and still haven’t heard a thing. They don’t want to reach out ask why 3 kids left after 6 tryouts. And yes they’re AAA level kids. Problem is now parents want their kids to be “given” spots and not go out and “earn” them. Never seen a AAA team use Facebook to try and find players before.
