Duffield typically has 3-4 U9 teams 2-3 U8 and 1 or 2 U7
Next year they will have
1-U9
0 - U8
1 - U7
thats pretty dead.
How was it determined the number of teams they will have? Aren’t some of the Vaughan Rangers moving over as well?
Knowing who is coming to Klevr.
Duffield Red U9 leaving. that means there is only Duffield White
Both u8 teams are merging to be the saints, leaving 0 teams
Merging or not, the Saints are garbage
Agreed. Poor ownership.
Duffield u8 are merging to become the U9 saints elite?
Maybe? But they are hiding information and tryouts are only a couple weeks away. Coaches still don't know if they have a team. It's a really poorly run organization. I caution everyone to stay away.

If they are hiding information how do you know?
We played against both Northern Saints 2015 teams. Despite some haters on here, they seem to be well coached and play hockey the right way. To be honest, there isn’t a huge gap between the Elite and AAA teams, they are both pretty good. I think the Bulldogs association is meant to attract a bit more talent to the Elite team to widen the gap a bit so that they can compete with the top Elite teams. My kid is aging out of Klevr but nothing but good things to say about the league. Way better at balancing and creating competitive games then the OMHA could ever do given their archaic rules and rigid structure. Our U9 MD program kids will be AA/A at best next year while most of the kids on our team will be AAA or the top kids in AA. Development has been great. We have great coaching and some teams may not, but that is very similar at all levels of hockey.

There is a huge gap between KSL teams and OMHA MD teams. This season there will likely be a lot more kids trying out for KSL teams and it’s understandable why. For a first year league they were very organized, did a great job with balancing divisions and it was just a great experience overall. The other benefit was no boundaries.
Ok, we live in Toronto proper, MD is right beside my house and there is a great training school
Any point in going for Klevr, GTA aces seems closest
Kid is U6 currently
Is there a point U7, maybe wait for spring teams
