They have over 100 teams this year
91 teams.

Also, I don't care - thats their problem.
The growth is great but if they need to just hire more people and get the first event schedule out.
Yup.

And quite frankly, I am sure its difficult. With how many teams there are, its not easy to figure out a schedule that is fair and balanced. Especially if this is a "tournament" and not a "showcase". IF this has a semi-finals and finals - getting a schedule where 20 teams all have a fair opportunity to play in the semi-finals is going to be tough.

With that said, I don't care. This isn't a volunteer organization - they get paid a lot of money for this service. Hopefully they hurry the shit up.
Last year, schedules were usually posted about a week before each tournament.
Exactly ^
Maybe some of the new members aren’t familiar with the process.
This is our 2nd year, last year it was about 1 week out.

I was told by our manager that the schedule will be out this weekend.
I was told every event besides the playoffs is a showcase this year ( besides the optional January one)

Yes, but they only put one showcase schedule out at a time so that they can rebalance divisions after every one.

What is the Klevr payment schedule like? I know it probably varies to some degree.

If you make a team in April - when is the payment due?

They made a post before the Raiders Tournament saying it would be out in a week.... but never put it out. No idea what the hold up it.

Every team is different if you are asking about team fees?

The two teams I know about: both do payment schedules. Usually something early on to make sure you are financially committed to the team. The 2nd chunk is usually about a month later because the team needs to pay for a bunch of stuff. Then our last chunk was around Sept or Oct.

Last year we got a bit of money back at the end of the year after fundraising. We could have got more but decided to do another round of power skating as a team vote.
