The aces look like they are struggling more than expected. A parent told me they cut their weaker players but it looks like they didn’t. I still see some players on that team who look like they should be in single A next year.

Issue with Aces could be one of the parents on the bench. When we played them last year he kept losing it and throwing non stop f-bombs when these kids weee only 7. Imagine it’s no different this year. Probably doing more harm than good.

is it that aces coach with horrible whinny voice? Not the OHP one who’s kid is actually good.
The Aces are where they belong and the saints are about to join them and the purple cobras too.

Aces have a a lot of specialized development so it’s surprising how poorly the tier 1 team is performing. If the parents plan to feed into the Titans it will be a long season for them next year.

Yes that would also get you suspended, it's pretty clear on OHF rules. Even just donating money to a team gets you suspended as it would be aidng the league.

This is one of the more memorable ones since it got lots of attention. OHF doesn't hunt kids down, it's all report based. I know kids in my org has been approached by the minor hockey org telling them to stop or they are kicked out, but got a warning. That would be very case by case experience, no warning is technically needed. I also know other orgs looks the other way and don't care. Just carful you don't piss the wrong parent off who reports you further up the chain.

Thoughts on this weekend? Lots of realignment coming by the results we saw.

For 2016s:

Saints Gold should be moved to tier 1 division B. Cobras should still be competitive in tier 1 division A. Aces shouldnt be moved from tier 1 division B, they will be one of the weaker teams in tier 1 div B but but tier 2 will be too easy for them.

Aces horrible coaching and development. Only development is teaching kids how to throw F bomb.
