There will be kids leaving if they get cut from AAA no matter what you do to AA , they will always what the third A. The other is that if cut from tier 1 kids will leave because it will be a single A team so they will leave for the AA teams.
Here is the rationale... 22/23 stats

U10AA - 1 team was in AA loop, other was in A loop... AA team didn't win Alliance, A team won Alliance by a goal.

U11AA - both teams in AA loop... didn't win Alliance

U12 AA - both teams in AA loop... won Alliance - played each other

U13 AA - both teams in AA loop... neither get to Alliance weekend

U14 AA - both teams in AA loop... won Alliance - played each other

U15 AA - 1 team in AA loop, other in A loop... AA team won Alliance, A team won Alliance

U16 AA - both teams in AA loop... played each other first round of playoffs, winning team won Alliance

So, 14 "AA" teams here in 7 divisions:
- 4 AA championships
- 2 A championships
- Only two ages had legit two AA team success: U12 and U14
- By tiering, you should have 7 very successful AA teams
- May have some of the tier 2 teams drop into the A side, but that would be expected and not looked down on
- Last year, there was two teams who failed to make the AA loop in general... which is a disaster
- Two more teams not even make their playoff weekend
- One more team lose out first round
Lot's of Tier 2 dads ponying up to coach I'm sure!

A Tier 1 U13AA team at moment would beat the current AAA team? Certainly give a few parents the ol' arse pucker!
Even with the weakness of the AAA team not too sure if this team has it to make it to the next level. There just isn't the talent in this age group in London for the AAA.

There are a few AAA London kids playing for other teams in the Alliance. Two of them are legit AAA and the other is not really AAA level but his dad is on the bench so he made the team.

Two obvious LJK AA kids could move up. The first one has a lot of speed and is physically more mature, but he lacks AAA skill. He can skate fast in a straight line, but he has next to no agility because he is not a technically proficient skater. He has no hands, can't pass accurately, and when he shoots he can't hit the net. The second kid is a little more polished. Again more physically mature. Bullet of a shot. Has more skill than the first kid. Should help next season.

The problem though, is that the team overall does not have any amazing talent. Rumour is that one of their better forwards is looking to move to Chatham. Another forward, who is a decent enough player, is rumoured to be going to Lambton where his older brother plays with the 09s. If those two players move and they can't find better players to take their spots, the 2011 AAA team is going to be in for a rough Bantam year.

Head to Sarnia! Closer to your home base no? Kid won’t make a lick of difference wherever he plays.

As for the technicality proficient?? We’ll see how proficient the opposing teams are when he barrels down on them! Kid is a legit AAA player and offers more ability than most on the current team.

Better forward to Chatham? What better forward is this in U13AAA? Who is this player exactly? The kid of a soccer Dad who ropes people into spring development as he commentates on the outside of the glass? Guy can’t even skate yet is a stud of opinions! Follow the Pack! Hopefully he offers esso extra points as signing bonus!!

I heard DE #7 is the kid heading to Chatham. No clue if this is true.

Maybe LJK should go back to the days of London W and London E AAA and no AA team
Oh the fun that would be to watch

I wouldn't fear any of the 2011 kids leaving, if they leave its not a huge loss.
None of them are real difference makers.
