The problem with RD coaching is the conflict of interest because a lot of these players attend his skills sessions. New season, new blood to add to existing players should make for a better year

RD had the chance with the 09s to make a lot of changes and didn't do it... good luck with that. Nailed it on the head, too much conflict of interest with him.

So you don't think RD would have learned his lesson?

It really makes no difference who the coach is for the 2011s. They've supposedly had top coaching starting in atom. What have they done? Nothing. It's the lack of talent and the keeping of players who do not belong. AA, as much as people like to say, does not have anything special. 2 players at most. The rest are just not AAA level. They need to bring in F1s, but not too many parents are going to drive. Sure kids can get better, but they've had that chance for the past few years and no major improvements. The new coach was also touted as some hero. He has done even worse with this group - remember 1-4 in playoffs - ouchie!
