Oh wait being able to effectively communicate as well as read and manage people and their ever changing personalities/expectations is also required...never mind
Is this from the 2010 or the 2009 parent? :?:

Perhaps RD's W/L record speaks volumes on his coaching prowess

There are very few good coaches. RD was not one of them. I'd say there may only be 1 or 2 within the entire LJK organization. Parent coaches in the older age groups is a disgrace. Some parent coaches have been coaching for years. Even at the AAA level in the older age groups there are still parent coaches. LJK is going downhill.

JB U13 is HORRIBLE. Best of luck in U14 kids and parents.

You are looking for the elusive “unicorn” it might be out there somewhere but who knows, might be better off to be satisfied with a nice pony rather than waiting for this mythical saviour

JB is definitely not that good but the more concerning issue is that his kid is very weak. You have a lot was parent coach with a weak player this is not how it should be in bantam. Get that team a non parent and 5-6 kids go play AA where they belong.

RD is an awful coach
How so? With a statement like that, perhaps support your answer. We are moving to London and would like to play for a good coach, not an "awful" one.

Rd is definitely not a bad coach, there’s always going to be a group unhappy people no matter how well you do

Well RD isn't the coach anymore - list is on the LJK website.
