You don't need to have been a star player to be a good coach. The main thing you need is the ability to teach young kids. Clearly that is lacking at the U12 age group in London.

The U12 is in need of a new coach for sure. Same for U14. But it's London. They have a 5 year minimum for coaches lmao!

U14 aaa got their new coach. They need to get rid of some of the kids egos from that team. Or parents.

The U14 team was total politics starting in minor atom all the way to major peewee. The new coach kept the majority of the team together. This was a big mistake. Coach should have cleaned house. But, a lot of those kids are his customers, so I guess business comes first. Other kids should have been given a shot. No wonder why a lot of kids leave London. All politics.

U13/2010 Has had pretty same coaches or staff since minor atom in AAA and AA, none of those teams have won anything, It will never happen but non parents need to be injected in to this group

starting in minor peewee it has to be paid coaches. parents wouldn't mind a little increase in team fees to get good coaches who have no political connections. this is the only way to ensure coaches are picking the best kids. i don't care if a parent coach has coached jr. c. no parents should be coaching in peewee period.

london is never going to improve until the board decides to do things the proper way.

u12 needs a new voice. so does u13. u14 got their new coach, but he kept the same kids. kids leaving London because of the blatant nepotism. very narrow-minded board.

How many qualified people do you think apply every year? 25-100-1000?

Now how many qualified non parent people apply every year to spend hundreds of hours, burn vacation days for non family weekends and potentially listen to baseless complaints from upset parents all for 2-5k?

The U10’s just went 0-4 times n their tournament and got destroyed in every game. Add that team to the list.
