Sure so lets say for s and g's give each coach 10k and their 2 asst coaches 5k each and trainer 2500....bc no parent should be on the bench to influence any decisions on players or ice time ...you know to make it fair

Now there is $22500 to cover off in your budget and you have not hit the ice yet. You think parents complain when they fees go up $200-300 a year...try north of $1750 per player

It is not as easy as throwing money at it ...if it was we would have no issues in anything

How come EMC is so much better than LJK?

Some LJK teams won’t take f1 kids, others will. Emc will.

Emc is becoming like LJK. Alot of board members in emc are parents.

LJK has money in the bank to pay coaches at the higher age levels. Do it for minor bantam and up for paid non parent bench staff.

From what I've heard the board can't wait to get rid of the U12 guy. Heard whisperings of a new coach for the U14 team and big player movements.

U13aa huge conflict of interest have a coach to lazy to run a second practice and so they play 2 on 2 at a parents busy instead of a 2nd practice that team is getting less practice ice time the md teams

Ljk is a joke
