So where is the opportunity for kids below the past few years? If it were the old system (5 Imports Max) then 5 other oakville kids would have been given a chance. And that has a trickle down effect to the teams below AA, the way it is now whatever level your at your stuck there with no opportunity to move up. Imagine being in a job where the promotions always go to people outside of the organization.

Imagine owning the company and having cry baby employees like you, if your kid is good enough the coach will pick him, its real simple work harder.

Cry baby employees, that about sums up the Oakville Rangers way. Take what you’re given and enjoy it, and if you complain you are a “cry baby”

You think you are somehow not given a chance to play higher level, of course its everyone's fault and "just because" your kid should play any level you choose, because you are entitled this.

Entitled? It’s called opportunity, or at the very least the appearance of opportunity. Not import after import, the entitlement that your talking about is the entitlement that Oakville felt when they could manipulate the OMHA vote by getting their membership to vote as a block. But that was corrected but it took 3 years, and in that time several age groups were effected going forward.

Makes a ton of sense, except the to thick craniums running the show, who'd rather point fingers, label parents as problems and stick their heads in the sand. There's a reason why hockey is dying. If a kid from Oakville has to compete with kids from everywhere else at the age of 8 the deck will always be stacked against them from the start. People get this, orgs don't. Its like deciding the kids in grade two who are good at math are the only ones who can go to University. There is no development in the system, if it's continual myopic view year after year. Rinse and repeat.

Can someone explain how CH 2012 is playing up?
He does okay in his own loop. He’s not dominating anyone.
It makes zero sense other than ego. Kids going to get hurt.

The fact that anyone thought a 2nd AAA team at any age is a good idea is ridiculous. Another great idea by the blind leading the blind with OR.

No, it’s called giving parents what they want. Parents want second AAA team to massage egos? No problem. Everyone wants to play rep hockey in Oakville and league will gladly take the money

CH has zero business playing 2011 and Oakville has zero reason to have two AAA teams. Joke.
