OHF email was sent out to those who emailed feed back on the review of NRP and movement. Surprised on info in the email as it sounds like it was yet to be voted on. Unless it is all but done and formal bylaws need to be changed.

Probably being officially voted on at this weeks meeting (tonight I believe). Guessing it will be officially announced in the next couple weeks prior to the holidays.

If it's true you can call your home center and ask.

And their reply will be “there will be an announcement before Christmas “ .

Vote failed, same as the last 10 years of attempting to vote in changes for player movement.

Changes are coming and communication will come soon. U7-U9 was left out for now because tryouts are not until Fall, expect those changes to follow regular cadence this summer.

Yes from OHF they are open but OMHA has not opened them. There will be a notice for U10+ for coach selection and spring tryouts coming. They will then need to ratify it and add in U7-U9 in the summer AGM and finalizing the handbook for OMHA then.

This is the same process that was used for removing NRP's a couple years ago. They changed tryouts in a special notice then tried to ratify it in the summer. Note that the NRP changes failed in the summer and the changes ended up reversed.

buckle up, nothings gonna actually change.
