Not all of us want to come back and should be grandfathered into the new centre where our kid is flourishing!!!!! What they are doing is completely wrong and is affecting the mental health of players, taking them out of the groups and communities they play in!! When you find a good hockey centre to play at why should you come back to a terrible one!!

Interesting that there is no consideration for the kids who play in the AA centre taking in the NRP'S.

What about the mental health of the three players who have to move down a level?

What about the mental health of the players who have to go back to the house league?

Most people only view it through the lens that is their own! You don't live there, you were allowed to play there each year on a 1 year passport! Suck it up and go back to where you came from! Taking spots away from local kids anyways!

This is why the GTHL is and always will be better. What a restrictive circus the OMHA is.

I think you're mistaking NRPs at AA level with AAA rules. At AA, a player from an A center can tryout, but the AA center can only take 3 of them.

Now without NRP those children are stuck playing A no matter their skill level because of where their parents chose to live.

A bunch of smaller A centres combined and are becoming AA centres, for example, East Gwillimbury and Georgina are merging to become Upper York.

Upper York is forcing all of the kids who are playing AA somewhere else to come back.

There have been other mergers as well which has basically eliminated all the A centres in the GTA.

Too many GTHL players coming into the AAA loop. APR should be very worried about Toronto Red Wings players — and money guy — taking over. Dream of coming last once the $$$ win the spots.

Simple solutions; 1. One governing body OHF. Get rid of OMHA/Alliance/GTHL and whatever other OHF members are out there. 2. Create hard boundaries/regions for AAA/AA/A 3. LL/HL created by any one association that wants it. 3. Open movement across the board for AAA/AA/A at all levels.
