Why?

One of his assistants is a far better coach than he will ever be, and the players will gravitate to him. Hard to improve when you already know everything.

I mean…his team did a lot more than anyone expected this year so I guess he can’t be that bad

Maybe they did nothing all year and then played up to their potential for three weeks.

Maybe they did nothing all year and then played up to their potential for three weeks.

IMO UCC imploded they beat themselves. UCC had not improved since Christmas and had some personal issues during the last weeks of the season and the play-offs.
