BJC should get through but I don't think it will be a cake walk. OG, HH have beat them this year and GG lost by only a goal (a late one at that).Guest wrote: ↑Mon Mar 11, 2024 11:34 amI’d be surprised if you picked last years final two teams.Guest wrote: ↑Mon Mar 11, 2024 10:16 amAnyone but Barrie wins it all and I've predicted this correctly for 6 straight years before today. I think Barrie wins it all
YSE and Barrie Final. Barrie wins

GG 8-0 through playoffs also BC will make it out of the group buy it won’t be as easy as some thinkGuest wrote: ↑Mon Mar 11, 2024 12:47 pmBJC should get through but I don't think it will be a cake walk. Re: 2008 OMHA championships
Sure would be nice if OMHA would publish the actual rules somewhere, I've searched high and low for them. I inquired directly and was told that the current playoffs just decide the eight teams that go in, but the actual seedings use the regular season standings.Guest wrote: ↑Sun Mar 10, 2024 11:29 pmPretty sure it’sGuest wrote: ↑Sun Mar 10, 2024 11:07 pmGuest wrote: ↑Sun Mar 10, 2024 9:40 pm So, looks like it will be two groups in round robin:
Group 1:
Barrie
Peterborough
Halton
Niagara
Group 2:
Oakville
YSE
Oshawa
Guelph
Top two from each move on to elimination games (and by doing so, clinch OHL cup spots). Predictions?
Oakville, YSE, Barrie, Ptbo
OR
YSE
NN
PP
BC
HH

Don't be so quick to judge. Their #1 Goalie has been playing very well the last half of the season. If he gets on a hot streak he could get them to the finals.Guest wrote: ↑Mon Mar 11, 2024 1:07 pm GG cannot compete with higher ranked teams

It’s on the OMHA championship website. Team names aren’t in but it’s 1,3,2,4Guest wrote: ↑Mon Mar 11, 2024 1:25 pmSure would be nice if OMHA would publish the actual rules somewhere, I've searched high and low for them.
