But wasn't he a player to watch?
Oh he was watched alright. We watched 4 goals on 10 shots in the first.
But he got better. Watched 2 goals on 9 shots for the next 2 periods.

Congrats to VK and OR. Let's hope Saturday's game is as close and exciting as their first game.... and without the ref taking out a defenceman and causing a game winning OT breakaway goal.

He is the best goalie in the province... 3 out of every 5 games. The other 2?? Just don't show those videos to the US Development Team coach.

A hearty thank you to all thread participants. Always nice to watch parents live through their children and overestimate the fact their kid will be "the one" whilst ignoring the fact their kid will be at best a 21yr old freshman at a Canadian University. A tale as old as Network54

For the kids reading this; best of luck tomorrow and never take these guys seriously.

My kid at 21 will be my company’s CEO. Your kid will be eating out of the garbage with a pocket full of needles

Give your head a shake. If he didn't have the height and playing on a stacked team then he wouldn't be getting the attention.

I think you don't get that the above post was a dig, not a flower. 3 out of 5 games are good? Not good enough at this level if that is the case. Definitely not elite.
